The Domaine Chograne, located near Sfax in Tunisia, is transforming an old farm into a guest house and olive oil tasting centre. The rooms, apartments and lounges are arranged around a central courtyard, offering a cool space with fountains and vegetation. The renovation respects traditional architecture, using local materials such as stone, terracotta and lime, while highlighting the expertise of local artisans. The project blends harmoniously with the rhythm of the estate, from harvesting to pruning the olive trees.
