The aim of this project is to demonstrate the economic, constructional, and technical feasibility of large-scale buildings made of solid stone and wood structures. The strength of this concept lies in the development of a simple and rational architectural language which clearly links form and material without stylistic artifice. The plan comprises a series of solid-stone walls which make up the main structure of the building, while providing the apartments with exceptional comfort of use by taking full advantage of thermal inertia.
