The Presinge eco-neighbourhood focuses on wood and stone constructions, local resources with a low carbon footprint, in contrast to industrialised materials. By reusing natural materials such as stone and wood, the project offers sustainable construction solutions, reducing environmental impact while addressing the depletion of sand and gravel resources.
