This project involves renovating and extending a small urban villa-style building dating from the late 19th century, located in the heart of Geneva. The aim is twofold: to renovate the flats and façades while taking into account the historical value of the complex, and to build an extension onto the garden while preserving the existing trees. The extension, which takes the form of a front section, blends into the complex both in terms of its morphology and its materialisation, using solid stone construction.
