The project blends in with the diversity of building sizes in the area by offering intermediate volumes to ensure a smooth transition between villas, collective housing and offices. The four volumes of the project, although slightly different, share a common logic inspired by the existing architecture, with subtle variations in the composition of the façades and volumes.
